Gabi listened intently to the issues I was having in the classroom, and provided feedback respectfully! She built upon behavior interventions that I was already implementing in my classroom. This allowed me to quickly update procedures by tweaking them instead of reinventing the wheel! Gabi also gave me the resources and items I didn't already have. For example, a binder with headings to help me organize materials, bands to wrap around desk legs, and bendable pencils. It was nice that I didn't have to order or prepare these useful behavior tools. She has also checked in to see if I need anything else since our meeting.
