Our trainings break down behavior into simple, actionable strategies that staff can confidently use right away—helping create calmer classrooms and more successful students. Available in person or virtual! Trainings can include but are not limited to the following:

What We Offer
Our behavior consultation services for schools include:
- Classroom Observations
Virtual observations to assess student behavior, classroom dynamics, and areas for support. - Behavioral Assessments
Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and data-driven reviews to understand the root cause of behaviors. - Customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
Practical, goal-focused plans that can be implemented by teachers and support staff. - Teacher & Staff Coaching
Guidance and training for educators on behavior management strategies, de-escalation techniques, and classroom supports. - Collaboration with IEP/504 Teams
