At Little Wins Behavior Consulting, we provide hands-on, supportive professional development for educators and childcare providers. Our trainings break down behavior into simple, actionable strategies that staff can confidently use right away—helping create calmer classrooms and more successful students. Available in person or virtual! Trainings can include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Understanding the functions of behavior
  • Learning proactive strategies to prevent problem behaviors
  • Teaching functional communication skills 
  • Supporting students with challenging behaviors
  • How to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, etc.

What We Offer

Our behavior consultation services for schools include:

  • Classroom Observations
    Virtual observations to assess student behavior, classroom dynamics, and areas for support.
  • Behavioral Assessments
    Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and data-driven reviews to understand the root cause of behaviors.
  • Customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
    Practical, goal-focused plans that can be implemented by teachers and support staff.
  • Teacher & Staff Coaching
    Guidance and training for educators on behavior management strategies, de-escalation techniques, and classroom supports.
  • Collaboration with IEP/504 Teams
    Input and participation in meetings to ensure behavioral needs are addressed appropriately and effectively.

Types of Behavior We Address

We specialize in helping schools support students with:

  • Self-harm or unsafe behaviors
