Parent Coaching

Support for Every Step of Parenting

Support for the Most Important Role You'll Ever Have

At Little Wins, we understand that when your child is struggling, you're often left carrying the weight, trying to respond the right way, unsure if what you're doing is helping or making things worse. Parent coaching is here to change that.

Gabi provides individualized coaching sessions to help you navigate your child’s behavioral needs with confidence, clarity, and compassion. Every child is different, and so is every parenting experience. That’s why we don’t offer one-size-fits-all advice. We offer real strategies that work for real families.

What to Expect in Parent Coaching

Parent coaching sessions are designed to help you:

  • Understand the why behind your child’s behavior
  • Learn effective, compassionate responses tailored to your child
  • Develop tools and strategies that reduce stress and increase connection
  • Build daily routines that support emotional and behavioral regulation
  • Gain confidence in handling meltdowns, aggression, task refusal, and more

Whether your child has a diagnosis or not, coaching can make a big difference. Gabi brings professional expertise and lived experience to each session, helping you find what works for your family.

Session Details

  • Price: $85 per 1:1 session; $320 for 4 sess.
  • Format: Virtual appointments (in-person not currently available)
  • Scheduling: Available Monday through Thursday, 8 AM – 5 PM

What you can expect in your first session:

-Complete intake questions that provide more information about your child

-Gain information about strategies you can begin to try at home to decrease problem behaviors

-After your session, you will receive handouts for any resources discussed. You will also receive a starting “Home Behavior Plan” to reference when implementing new behavior strategies.

Why follow up sessions are recommended (but not required):

Many families find that as they begin putting these tools into practice, new questions come up or they want help adjusting strategies based on what they’re seeing at home. That’s where follow-up sessions can be especially helpful.

Follow-up sessions give us the opportunity to:

  • Review what’s working and what may need to be adjusted
  • Troubleshoot challenges that come up as you implement new routines
  • Build on your child’s progress with more advanced strategies
  • Ensure consistency across home, school, and caregivers
  • Provide ongoing encouragement and accountability, if desired

While continued coaching can strengthen progress and support long-term success, there is absolutely no requirement or pressure to schedule multiple sessions. You are always in full control of how often—and whether—you’d like to continue. Some families prefer a single session and feel confident moving forward independently, while others appreciate regular check-ins or occasional tune-ups as new situations and behaviors arise.

My goal is to support your family in the way that feels right for you. Whether you schedule one session or several, I’m here to help you build practical, sustainable tools that fit your child and your home.
